The Reebok Cycle Plus machine is the first total body recumbent to offer the user both an upper and lower body workout. It offers a no-impact workout with less stress on the joints. The Cycle Plus allows the user to adjust the resistance mechanism separately for both upper and lower body, maximizing intensity against each set of muscle groups. The Cycle Plus is as easy to use as any other recumbent with the added feature of an upper body mode, giving the user a total body workout. The patented upper body linkage allows the user to exercise in a push-pull or in a rowing motion, providing diversity in the workout.
