The Kinesis® One is a single, stand-alone workout station with concealed weight stacks. Providing resistance across three planes of movement, it’s also ideal for rehabilitation and personal training activities.

The weight stacks and most of the technology are behind the wall; all the user sees are handles in various positions, with which they can do 500 exercise movements or at least 1,000 variations that they will figure out on their own (really).

The freedom allowed by the wall enhances every exercise, from a simple squat to focused core stability movements. The set-up allows training for strength, balance, co-ordination and integrated movement all at once, elements that will make workouts faster, more efficient and effective.
