The low profile tower and corrosion-resistant hardware makes the Freemotion EPIC Seated Row a powerful machine with considerate design. Super grip foot placements keep feet in place, so members can grab hold of the pivoting handle grips and focus on the workout ahead. With no fixed cables and a larger range of motion then you'd find on typical seated rows, the Freemotion machine trains the back, shoulders and arms with a "narrow to wide," natural movement.
