The bike is outfitted with a 26-pound flywheel--as compared to traditional 48-pound flywheels--that lets the user start at a lower resistance and gain momentum easier. The low resistance level makes this bike a particularly good choice for rehab and geriatrics. To increase or decrease the resistance, the user merely turns the tension knob (the resistance level is shown on the easy-to-ready color and letter scale). The electronic meter, meanwhile, displays such details as heart rate, time, speed, and distance. Other details include a low-profile, walk-through design that's comfortable for users of any age group; a timer that can be set in distance or time; and bottom wheels for easy transport. The 927E measures 25 by 50 by 49 inches (W x H x D), weighs 123 pounds, and carries a one-year warranty.
