The BodyCraft F434 Cable Crossover Attachment for the F430 Power Cage provides a greater workout variety and allows for more targeted and sport-specific exercises. Resistance is distributed by weight plates up to a maximum of 500 pounds. The cable crossover attachment are aircraft grade and rated up to 2000 pounds. These cables move through fiberglass reinforced nylon pulley wheels, which ride on velvet smooth double wall sealed ball bearings.
